Q. How do I get the latest version of MCtools?
A. MCtools is a package of Maple words written at UK to ease the task of preparing homework assignments to be installed in mathclass. There are many versions of MCtools running around, but they all have several drawing words (DL, PT, PC, PP, and ARRW to name a few). These can be used in addition to the many drawing words already in Maple to help make diagrams for your problems. There are also several other words which can be helpful in the preparation of homeworks. Zipit is particularly useful in preparing the zipfile. See below on how to use zipit to install a homework. A word which is especially useful is tagit. This word can be used to automate the insertion of whs tags into the your problems. The last assignment in Eberhart's Communicating Math always contains the most recent version of MCtools at the top of the source worksheet. You can download it (unless I have forgotten to toggle downloading).
