Q. How do I do a 'complete clean' of a homework folder (and why would I want to?)
Suppose you cannot get a homework to install correctly even after several tries. (I have had this happen recently with very large homeworks.) You can try a 'complete clean' of the homework directory as a last resort.
1 save the worksheet in the directory and close Maple 7
2 From the Start Button go to My Computer and locate the homework directory. Then double click to go down into it. Then select the html files in the directory and delete them. (don't delete the source worksheet.) Also delete the images folder you see in the directory.
3. Now double click the source worksheet. Maple 7 will start with the homework opened.
4. Open the MCtools section, execute it, and close it.
5. export the worksheet to html
6. execute the zipit line.
7. Log into WHS and install the homework. Preview. Hopefully, everything is hunky dory now.
